I did a video based on honesty and communication with someone new you’ve met. The question to ask yourself when meeting new people is whether or not you’re presenting your authentic self, and if you’re willing to discuss or clarify topics you bring up.

This article, and the corresponding video, is a mental health check reflection on 2020 and what behaviors and attitudes not to carry over into 2021.

This article is about empathy and how to tell if someone’s story is being heard. Listening and accepting what’s said as truth is the foundation of being empathetic. The basis is to not discount what’s shared due to lack of a personal reference point. You can watch the accompanying video here.

I read or heard somewhere that people are single because they’ve spent too much time being alone. I thought about it, dismissed it, and it rolled back around into my mind. I decided to digest my thoughts and leave them here for discussion. The accompanying video can be found here.
