What You See; What You Learn – Part 1 of 2

SS.What You See

Charles sat inside by the window overlooking the parking lot. His position gave him full view of the cars pulling in and parking, and also of the front door.

He glanced at his watch and wondered why he arrived 30 minutes early for their meeting. He took another sip of his coffee and readjusted his tie for the umpteenth time. Charles heard the ding of the bell above the door. He followed the sound with his eyes and saw …

Karen walked in and without breaking her stride she glanced around the venue while walking directly to the counter. Charles heard her voice though he couldn’t make out her words. He stood to go over to her. She looked exactly like her pictures. She’s beautiful, he thought as he closed his mouth having realized his jaw dropped open when he first saw her.

Karen saw him approaching from her peripheral vision and without looking in his direction said, “Go sit down.” The cashier frowned as she gave Karen back her credit card and receipt before turning around to fill the order.

Charles skulked back to the table and sat down, eyes studying the table. Damn, she’s tough. I guess I’ll let her do the talking. I don’t want to be embarrassed in public, again; her talking to me like I’m a child. She looks good enough to eat. I wonder if she’s wearing panties and if so, what color. She probably has on a matching bra. She’s so put together. Probably never smiles and is super stern. Uh oh

Karen placed her cup of iced chai tea latte on the table and interrupted Charles’ thoughts with the statement, “Get up and give me a hug.” Afterward, she sat down and took her time looking Charles over. Charles felt as if he were naked under a microscope. He began fidgeting. “Keep still. Look at me.” Charles’ eyes met hers and … she smiled.

SS.What You See..

“I’m not calling you by your name because you’re nothing to me right now. If I should decide to keep you, then I’ll name you. But, you will address me as ‘Miss Karen’ because whether or not we come to an agreement on an arrangement, I’m still somebody. Do you understand?”

“Yes Miss Karen.”

“Good. First thing … never approach my space without permission. It makes you look desperate, anxious, and needy. Stand as I approach the table, yes. But, don’t walk into my space. I don’t know you.”

Charles, not knowing what to say, remained quiet.

“Are you wondering why I’m smiling?”

“Yes, Miss Karen.”

“Because already you’ve shown you’re capable of following instructions without question. And, that’s very good. You’ve also shown you know not to speak unless spoken to. You present yourself as being teachable and aside from the fidgeting, which I attribute to you being nervous, you handle yourself well. See how much I’ve learned about you already?”

“Yes, Miss Karen.”

“Good. Now let’s get down to business. Tell me your limits. Your fantasies. Your curiosities. Your previous experience as a slave or sub and why that relationship ended. What you believe you have to offer me. What would I benefit from owning you? You may speak freely.”
