Lesson One: Start Off Gentle
True, there are some women who like rough sex. However, start off gentle when with her the first few times. It’s impatient to push yourself into her when her body isn’t ready. NOTE: if she’s not lubricated, she’s not ready.
Here’s a quick lesson that I taught a 46 year old man about a woman’s sexual readiness.
I told him a man’s penis becomes erect as his body’s way of preparing for penetration. A woman’s vagina self-lubricates (becomes wet) to prepare for penetration and indicates her body is ready for intercourse.
Notice I said her “body is ready.” Her mind may be elsewhere. Our bodies, men and women alike, do their own thing sometimes. Erection and self-lubing are automatic symptoms to physical arousal. Notice again the words “physical arousal.” Understand the difference between physical arousal and mental arousal. The latter speaks to a person’s mental awareness and an emotional desire to have sex with a particular person.
Here’s a perfect example: you and your lady are hot and heavy with sloppy kisses and groping each other over your clothes. She knows you want her. You know she wants you. You began undressing each other and soon you’re both nude. Your dick is hard as a rock, you reach a hand down to feel her and her pussy is dry. Her mind is ready; her body isn’t … yet.
Okay, so back to the lesson of starting off gentle. Don’t grope a woman’s breasts. Caress them. Glide your hands slowly and softly over her breasts, down her stomach, down her outer thigh and up her inner thigh; apply gentle pressure to her pussy before letting your hands roam back toward her breasts. Run your hand over her hair and along the side of her face; all while kissing her. Stick a finger inside her mouth, chances are she’ll pause the kiss to suck it. These are the types of things that turn some women on and gets their juices flowing, so to speak.
You can move your kisses from her mouth down to her neck. Give her a gentle nibble. Kiss your way to her breasts, suck her nipples; gentle hold her nipple with your teeth and flick your tongue back and forth over it. If she’s not moaning by now you’re doing it wrong. Be bold enough to ask her, “Baby, what can I do to make you feel good.” Trust me, she’ll tell you because with all of this kissing and caressing, she does want you.
There’s other things you can do to get your lady in the mood and dripping wet for you. Things we’ll discuss later.
For now, with a new or fairly new sexual partner … start of gentle. If she wants it rougher, believe me, she’ll let you know.
